About the role– full-time, fixed term contract for 12-months

We’re looking for an experienced Program Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing strategy across a major enterprise-wide customer Transition program. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of all data migration and integration initiatives across the bank.

You will be accountable for managing testing activities across multiple projects involving legacy system decommissioning, cloud data platforms, and large-scale data migrations. Your focus will be on ensuring test governance, data quality validation, automation integration, and stakeholder confidence throughout the program lifecycle.
