Key Responsibilities
As a Property and Casualty Insurance Producer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales goals through a series of outreach strategies, mainly outbound phone calls to provided warm leads.
- Pipeline Management: Manage your personal pipeline through CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prospecting: Improve on existing methods to increase your prospective client base and stay attuned to all new business opportunities.
- Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales goals by gaining quality leads and outside referrals.
- Policy Rewrite: Rewrite existing customer policies as needed.
- Epic Activities: Work on Epic Activities assigned to producer SIFI policies written same day.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Insurance Sales Experience: At least 2 years of prior insurance sales experience.
- Education: A high school diploma or the equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex ideas like insurance programs.
- Customer Service Experience: Experience working in customer service is beneficial.
- Licensure: A current 2-20 license.
