Registered Nurse (RN) – 1:1 School-Based Assignment
Location: New Hope, MN
Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed and experienced Registered Nurse to provide full-time, onsite 1:1 support for a transition-age student within a school setting in New Hope, MN. This position is for the 2025–2026 school year.
Position Details:
• Discipline: Registered Nurse – 1:1 Support
• Contract Dates: September 2, 2025 – June 3, 2026
• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Caseload:
• 1:1 assignment with transition student
• Student has cancer, a tracheostomy, and a port
• Occasional suctioning is required
• Number of Positions: 1
• Location: Onsite only – no virtual/remote options
• Active Minnesota RN license
• Experience with trach care, suctioning, and port access is preferred
