Responsibilities
- Perform analysis to connect business needs with objectives for assigned function
- Support initiatives via data analysis, identifying barriers, and user acceptance testing of new systems
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes
- Conduct detailed analysis on projects, recommend business solutions, and assist with implementation
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of experience in business process analysis or data analysis
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship
- Project management experience preferred
