- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and resolve customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on our products, services, and updates to provide accurate information and support
- Plan and manage your workload efficiently to meet service level agreements and adjust strategies as needed
- Seek feedback from customers and colleagues to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to improve your skills and stay current with industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat support environment
- Technical proficiency with chat support platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, planning, and teamwork skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
