LMC Healthcare is Canada’s largest specialist care provider in diabetes & endocrinology, and they are seeking a Chiropody Administrative Coordinator to support their Footcare Team across multiple clinic locations. This role involves managing patient communications, coordinating referrals, and improving administrative processes to enhance patient service.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming patient calls and emails in a timely manner
- Coordinate and manage patient referrals
- Assist with onboarding new Footcare providers
- Create and maintain training materials and documentation
- Liaise with IT to support systems (EMR, online booking, POS)
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Support the development and implementation of clinic administrative policies and procedures
Skills
- Administrative experience in a clinical setting (e.g. physiotherapy, chiropractic, pedorthic, chiropody, or similar)
- Experience with EMR systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and training others
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
