Responsibilities
- Process new and updated credit applications and perform credit checks from trade references
- Obtain credit line approvals and notify clients of their account information
- Generate new client codes for new locations
- Maintain accurate client information in electronic databases (LIMS)
- Undertake additional projects as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General office experience
- Strong customer service skills and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external contacts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with technical language and terms specific to the field of work
- Problem-solving skills and organizational abilities
