Job Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and simplifying the process of finding and enrolling in health insurance. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and poise
- Consistently deliver high-level customer service experiences, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and perform application data entry
- Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, staying up-to-date with the latest developments
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing projects and updates
- Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting productivity standards

Essential Qualifications
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technology
- High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working from home in a dedicated, private, and secure workspace

- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a cable/fiber broadband internet connection and a hard-wired ethernet connection
- Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
- Ability to commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period and complete a background check and health screening
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Familiarity with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills, a plus
