LXE Hearing is focused on enhancing its growth strategies, and they are seeking a Director of Commercial Growth & Strategy to lead the development of comprehensive company growth strategies. This role involves analyzing markets, developing financial models, and fostering collaboration across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Lead growth strategies and business model definition. Identify new markets, services, and strategic alliances to enhance competitive positioning and long-term trajectory
• Analyze markets and competitors for emerging trends. Develop financial models and strategic justifications while establishing metrics to track growth success
• Synthesize data into cohesive strategic stories and actionable plans. Build strong leadership relationships and foster collaboration across all organizational levels
• Adhere to QMS guidelines for process relevance. Maintain current documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Skills
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related (Essential)
• 10+ years of experience
• Business strategy development for US consumer, healthcare and/ or government segments
• Strategic planning, business development, corporate strategy or similar
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify key insights, and make informed strategic recommendations
• Financial modeling and business case development capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, influence and interpersonal skills
• MBA or MS (Desirable)
