- Assist in coordinating client accounts, including setting up new accounts, managing renewals, and ensuring all client information is up-to-date.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring a positive client experience and providing regular reports on account performance and client feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless client service and drive business growth.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, providing them with necessary resources and information to get started, and gather client feedback to improve our services and client experience.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
