As an ISD Analyst, you'll support critical Federal projects impacting national security by leading the development of training courses and fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development of FEMA Qualification System (FQS) training courses, including course materials, course maps, instructional plans, and assessment tools
• Adhere to contractual requirements, while maintaining a healthy timeline, budget, and team environment
• Collaborate independently and productively with clients
• Develop relationships that contribute to solutioning, foster a collaborative team culture, and keep an eye out for opportunities to add value
• Apply instructional systems design experience to work with emergency response experts to provide industry leading training solutions
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture by asking questions, taking ownership of tasks, and ensuring 360-degree feedback that is timely, candid, and supportive
Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in instructional systems design
• Experience in government consulting or professional service delivery
• Demonstrated ability to independently produce client-ready deliverables, with strong problem solving, attention to detail, and timeline management
• Excellent communication, writing, and complex group facilitation skills
• Proficiency in MS 365 suite
• Must reside in: AL, CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA
• Ability to pass a Federal public trust background check and/or security clearance investigation
• Experience working with FEMA and/or the FEMA Qualification System
• Proficiency with industry-leading eLearning software
• Master's degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
