Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tsenta (YC S26) automates job applications for students. They are seeking a Head of UGC and Short-Form Content to manage and scale their user-generated content campaigns across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, manage, and QA a roster of 5-10 UGC creators posting daily short-form video across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Develop hooks, scripts, and creative direction that convert views into signups
- Own the content calendar and posting cadence
- Analyze performance data (we use PostHog) and iterate on what works
- Work directly with the founders on growth strategy
- You've personally managed UGC or short-form content campaigns that drove real, measurable results (signups, installs, conversions, not just views)
- You understand TikTok/Reels/Shorts algorithms and what makes content get picked up organically
- You can recruit and manage creators at the $25/video tier. This isn't influencer marketing, it's volume-driven organic content
- Scrappy, fast, opinionated. We don't need decks, we need output
- This is a contract/part-time role that can grow into full-time as we scale. You'll work directly with the CEO

- 20-minute call with CEO. Please show us a campaign you ran and the numbers behind it
- Paid trial week. Manage 2 creators, produce 14 videos, we evaluate output quality and your management process
