Key Responsibilities
- Process various medical documents, including Independent Medical Reviews, and extract relevant data for entry into electronic databases.
- Work independently and collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and address any questions or concerns.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to determine next steps, obtain missing information, and resolve issues via phone or other communication channels.
- Enter data into Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide customer service and client coordination over the phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work in a metrics/quota-driven environment, meeting productivity and quality standards.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of remote work experience.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer or laptop (no Chromebooks).
- Proficiency in using computers, spreadsheets, and other software applications.
