They are currently seeking IP attorneys with expertise in patent law to assist with various responsibilities related to patent management and enforcement.
Responsibilities
• Conducting patent harvesting sessions and invention disclosure meetings
• Identifying and developing patentable ideas for filing
• Managing IP/patent portfolios
• Analyzing patents and potential enforcement issues
• Researching, drafting, and filing patent applications with the USPTO, in conjunction with outside counsel
• Negotiating and drafting patent licensing agreements and technology transfer contracts
