We're seeking a highly skilled and licensed health insurance agent to join our team as a Retention Specialist. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will provide top-notch service to our clients, addressing their concerns, and helping them make informed decisions about their health insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and retaining current clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health insurance products, services, and regulations
- Process incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and chats in a professional and efficient manner
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and timely
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay current with industry developments, continuing education, and carrier requirements
Requirements:
- Active and current Health, or Health & Life/Accident home state license
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education may be preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or office setting
- Excellent verbal communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
- Strong internet-based, multi-screen computer navigation skills
