Triad Psychotherapy is a trauma-focused virtual group practice serving adults across Massachusetts. We are seeking a Massachusetts-licensed psychologist who values a sustainable caseload, clinical autonomy, and strong administrative support.
About the Role
• Minimum 8 client hours/week
• Adult-focused caseload (trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression)
• Fully remote (MA residents only)
• Consistent weekly schedule required
• Bi-weekly staff meetings
Required Qualifications
• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
• Licensed in Massachusetts
• Resides in Massachusetts
• Experience working with trauma-exposed clients
• Experience working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients
• Ability to provide therapy in English
Preferred Experience
• Couples therapy
• OCD treatment
• Evidence-based somatic or systems approaches
• Work with 1st and 2nd generation immigrants
• Ability to provide therapy in another language (Spanish, Haitian Creole)
Compensation & Support
• W-2 position
• 60/40 fee split (clinician/practice)
• Paid no-shows and late cancellations
• Marketing and referrals provided
• Insurance billing handled
• EHR provided
• $200 annual CEU reimbursement
• Consultation in culturally responsive, evidence-based care
