The Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant will assist attorneys with case preparation, manage legal documents, and support litigation workflows in FINRA and other regulatory cases.
Responsibilities
• Assist attorneys with case preparation
• Manage legal documents
• Review and process case files
• Communicate with clients
• Conduct legal research
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings and motions
• Ensure timely and accurate document filing
• Update clients on matters
• Support litigation workflows in FINRA and other regulatory cases
Skills
• Experience with Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings and motions
• Expertise in Document Review and management of case files
• Proficiency in conducting Legal Research relevant to securities disputes and FINRA regulations
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with FINRA arbitration procedures and securities regulation
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification
