In this role, you will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Troubleshoot basic technical or account-related issues
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate
• Follow company guidelines and communication standards
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or live chat support preferred
• Excellent written communication and typing skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
