Remote Performance Monitor Specialist - Non-Clinical

As a Performance Monitor Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting non-clinical file audits, identifying areas for improvement, and participating in Interrater Reliability meetings. You will also contribute to the development and review of non-clinical review tools, ensuring that they accurately capture evidence of expected clinical performance within contractual and Model of Care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct non-clinical file assessments to ensure adherence to required standards
• Develop and review non-clinical review tools to ensure accuracy and validity
• Review program descriptions, policies, and procedures to evaluate alignment with review tool elements and contractual standards
• Participate in meetings to discuss review findings and recommendations for improvement
• Escalate areas of concern and participate in preparation for audits as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 3 years of experience in a managed care setting, medical office, or facility setting with medical administration duties
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid programs preferred
