They are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Assistant (Contractor) to support their Sales Team in cultivating new and current accounts to increase sales and maximize opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to all new leads using provided script and schedule appointments for the assigned Account Executive
- Check in and follow up with all partners on a biweekly basis to determine if they need any assistance or need to speak with their designated Account Executive
- Follow up with all clients that have scheduled appointments to provide a reminder of their appointment
- Complete special projects or assignments as requested
- Other duties & responsibilities delegated as needed
Skills
- Foreign Contractor/Freelancer
- Native speaker or fluent in English language with a neutral accent required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Motivation to succeed, eagerness to learn and ability to adapt to dynamic and ever changing environments as we constantly seek to scale and meet the fluid needs of our clients
- Effective communicator with strong English language skills, excellent listening comprehension, ability to think critically and assess where support and training may be needed
- Ability to collaborate with the Head of Sales as well as other team members to determine needs and problem solve
- Successful applicants will be self-motivated, independent, but also open to coaching and constructive feedback
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred but not required
