We're now seeking a skilled and driven Remote Senior Cloud Bookkeeper to join our talented team on a part-time basis (20-30 hours/week).

Key Responsibilities: Driving Success as a Senior Cloud Bookkeeper
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and finance tasks for our clients, including transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Utilize our practice management system, Karbon, to manage work across multiple clients and stay organized.
- Interact with clients from time to time, answering specific questions or politely seeking certain information.
- Collaborate with senior staff to ensure seamless client service and support.
- Demonstrate a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and dependability in your work.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, managing deadlines across multiple clients with ease.
- Maintain excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
- A college degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance.
- At least 2 years of experience in cloud accounting technologies, including QBO, Bill.com, Gusto, or other payroll software.
- A proven track record of managing day-to-day transactional duties for multiple clients across various industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- A strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and dependability.
- Proficiency in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- A positive and joyful attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
Preferred Qualifications: Adding Extra Value
- Experience working in a multi-client environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing client needs.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Familiarity with other cloud accounting software and technologies, such as Xero or QuickBooks Online.
- Previous experience working with a practice management system, such as Karbon.
