Job Overview
As a Remote Telehealth Registered Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized nutrition education and counseling to our members. You'll work closely with our clinicians, fitness coaches, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to weight management and overall wellness. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one nutrition sessions with members, providing compassionate and patient-centered care that aligns with our nutrition philosophy and evidence-based practices.
- Motivate and support members in achieving their health goals, navigating through our programs, and overcoming challenges.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team through Slack and virtual meetings, ensuring effective communication and a cohesive care approach.
- Develop internal resources to enhance the program experience, improve weight health outcomes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Registered Dietitian, which may include experience gained during your Dietetic Internship Program.
- Current registration as a Registered Dietitian, with maintained credentials and certifications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse personalities and needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in the Healthcare or Technology industries, with a background that demonstrates your ability to adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with comfort in ambiguity and a passion for contributing to the growth and development of WW Clinic/Sequence.
- Attention to detail, consistency in work ethic, and the ability to shift gears quickly in response to changing priorities.
- High personal and professional standards, with a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
- A strong desire to learn and grow, staying abreast of industry developments and advancements in nutrition and weight management.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive starting salary of $50,000-55,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
