Job Description:

In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and administrative tasks
• Providing bilingual support (English and Spanish) to our diverse client base
• Maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and handling client billing inquiries
• Collaborating with our veterinary team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care
• Following up with clients regarding their pets' appointments and care
• Assisting with medical records management and ensuring confidentiality
• Providing information about our services, procedures, and pet care to clients

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a veterinary practice
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in using computers and veterinary software (Avimark experience is a plus)
• A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 9 Mbps upload
