Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Vlocity Architect with 10+ years of experience working on large Vlocity engagements. As a Salesforce Vlocity Architect, you will be responsible for implementing end-to-end CRM solutions, transforming business requirements into Vlocity functional and technical specifications, and leading expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, Case Management, and Call Center processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Work on proposals, estimate scope of work, and support pre-sales activities.
- Transform business requirements into Vlocity functional and technical specifications.
- Lead expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, Case Management, and Call Center processes.
- Conduct customer workshops during project discovery, prepare solution design documents, and collaborate with development teams.
- Gather requirements, design, code, debug, analyze performance, and deploy solutions to the client's Vlocity.com organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Experience working with AppExchange products and integrations.
- Implement Agile and other project management methodologies.
- Leverage different design patterns for application development and integration.
- Understand and implement various cloud products like Sales, Service, Community, FSL, etc.
- Demonstrate strong critical and analytical thinking skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- 10+ years of experience working on large Vlocity engagements as a Technical Architect.
