Responsibilities
- Manage logistics for groups of up to 50 volunteers
- Lead compelling orientations
- Use tools like PointApp and Google Sheets to track community impact
- Maintain clean, safe worksites
- Participate in hands-on building phases
- Act as the primary point of contact for individual, nonprofit, and corporate volunteer groups
- Support outreach and special events to boost local preparedness
- Receive weekly coaching and site-specific training to build skills in project management and disaster recovery
Skills
- At least 17 years of age with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- A U.S. Citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident
