Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support through telephone sales, online support via Live Chat and E-Mail, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Selling extended service protection plans and product installations on selected merchandise, while meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Offering excellent customer support to customers who have purchased items, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reviewing online orders to provide online fraud protection, ensuring that all transactions are secure and compliant with company policies.
- Tracking and expediting orders on a daily basis, ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely and efficient manner.
- Directing customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet, to enable them to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Gaining knowledge of current and new products, with the ability to communicate their features and benefits to customers, and providing product recommendations.
- Attending product and sales training meetings as requested by sales management, to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:
- No degree required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Entry-level experience in customer service or sales, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer and phone skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications.

- A flexible schedule, with availability to work one weekend day per week, starting in September and ending in January.
