We’re looking for a seasoned closer - someone who has built their career on winning complex deals, navigating ambiguity, and consistently delivering results in demanding sales environments. This is not a role for someone relying on inbound or short, transactional sales cycles. Success here requires resilience, ownership, and the ability to build pipeline and drive deals forward in longer, multi-stakeholder sales processes. We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Account Executive who operates confidently in mid-market and enterprise environments, and can lead complex sales cycles end-to-end - from first engagement through to signature. This role comes with full ownership of pipeline and a high level of autonomy. It requires a structured, strategic approach to sales, strong prioritization, and the ability to operate under pressure - from shaping opportunities and influencing decision-makers to positioning value and closing high-impact deals. Main tasks: - owning the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to closing complex deals - building and developing your pipeline through targeted outbound activities - leading discovery, engaging multiple stakeholders, and understanding business needs - driving deals forward in a structured and proactive way - creating tailored proposals, leading negotiations, and closing deals (€20K+ ACV) - collaborating closely with SDRs, marketing, and cross-functional teams You may be the perfect fit if you: - bring 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales - have a proven track record of closing mid-market / enterprise deals - are comfortable operating in longer sales cycles - take full ownership of pipeline and consistently deliver against targets in a demanding environment - are comfortable selling complex or technical solutions - show strong business acumen and the ability to position value effectively Salary range: - 210-250 EUR net/man-day on B2B contract + monthly sales commissions Extra perks include:  - employee referral program - up to 2360 EUR for recommending a friend - wellbeing and mental health culture - mental health helpline, sport card etc. - modern equipment - most of our teams work on MacBooks - English classes - internal initiatives like webinars, knowledge sharing sessions, and more!
