- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to frame and scale content design solutions
- Experience with payments and consumer products, particularly in global brands or experiences, is highly desirable
- Comfortable with A/B testing, forming hypotheses, designing tests, and building off results
- Mastery of AP style and the confidence to know when to break the rules
- Highly collaborative and self-directed, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
