About the Role
The Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing key operational and staffing metrics to enhance functional and financial performance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and forecasts to proactively identify ACS staffing needs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze resource utilization and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create reports related to the execution of resource planning initiatives.
- Examine trends in ACS resource planning and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Extract and analyze data from various sources for use in analysis, models, and project development.
- Develop new data sources and analytical models to drive business insights.
- Apply descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to highlight business challenges and potential solutions.
- Transform data into actionable insights using data visualization and analytical storytelling techniques.
- Support complex process improvement and project management initiatives.
- Present findings to OAP and business unit leaders, including senior executives.
- Act as an internal consultant to stakeholders, providing insights to drive results.
- Prioritize the safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau.
