Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and document APIs, record requirements for APIs and API clients, develop test cases for automated test suites, and create documentation.
- Work closely with application support and development teams to resolve software bugs and raised issues.
- Lead the resolution of issues with connecting systems based on various technologies.
- Participate in regular project status reviews and contribute to the development of project status reports.
- Convert high-level customer requirements into executable, detailed customer stories to enable development.
- Create and maintain the product backlog and prioritize work for forthcoming sprints.
- Foster a culture of safety, security, and diversity, embracing different individuals, thinking, and styles.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in creating requirements and test cases for automated test suites for APIs.
- Proven expertise with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
