Job Description:
• Translate business needs into technology solutions that improve processes, reduce risk, and support operational performance.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, and program leaders to define requirements, evaluate impacts, and guide delivery outcomes.
• Design and develop forms and documents for the DNA and UX platform.
• Configure and archive forms media relevant to the DNA and UX platform.
• Support new clients through the DNA software implementation process and Professional Services engagement.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for Windows workstations and servers.
• Work on day-to-day implementation projects and Professional Services engagements.
• Collaborate directly with clients to ensure requirements are documented, understood, and addressed through delivered solutions.
• Analyze business processes, systems, and data flows to identify requirements, dependencies, and improvement opportunities for technology initiatives.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, business consulting, information technology consulting, or software implementation for enterprise technology initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience supporting software implementations, client onboarding, or Professional Services engagements in a technology environment.
• 4+ years of experience designing, configuring, or supporting forms, documents, or platform-based workflow assets within enterprise systems.
• 4+ years of experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows workstations and servers in a business or client-facing environment.
• Experience collaborating directly with clients to gather requirements, resolve issues, and support solution delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
