Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, IT Project Management Office to oversee all resources and activities under the Project Management Office (PMO) in our Group Technology Services organization. As a key member of our team, you will lead a team of project managers working across many functions of the organization for our key projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Governance: Oversee the Project Management Office, its staff, policies, procedures, and tools to ensure effective project management and delivery.
• Process Improvement: Select and refine Project Management processes per industry best practices and PMI guidelines to optimize project performance and quality.
• Project Performance: Optimize project performance and quality through repeatable lifecycle review and oversight of regular reports and dashboards enabling portfolio transparency.
• Administrative Management: Manage PMO tools and ensure professional development of PMO staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with executive C-Level leadership and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 7-10 years of experience in project/program management, with experience working with executive C-Level leadership preferred.
• Consulting experience and/or driving organizational change initiatives is helpful.
• PMO domain knowledge and practical experience leading project managers.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and communicate across all business levels, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to quickly changing situations and navigate highly regulated environments.
• Advanced computer skills, with emphasis on project portfolio management (PPM) tools.
• Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, up to 10%.
• Executive level engagement, presentation, and communication experience.
• Previous experience working with remote and often offshore teams.
• Fully proficient in M365 and related productivity products.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
