We are looking for an experienced Organic Growth Strategist to lead our content across social media, SEO blogs, and AI-driven creatives. This role is for a senior-level expert, not beginners.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow organic content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, X, Pinterest
Create content calendars + daily posts using strong hooks & storytelling
Use AI tools to generate images and creatives
Work with a video editor to produce short-form videos
Respond to comments & manage community engagement
Research trends, competitors, and customer avatars
Write or oversee SEO blog content (2–4 per month)
Track performance and prepare weekly & monthly reports
Monitor brand reputation using tools like SproutSocial

Requirements
3–5+ years in social media or content strategy
Proven experience growing brands organically (portfolio required)
Excellent English copywriting & storytelling
Strong knowledge of TikTok/IG/YouTube algorithms
Skilled with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Freepik AI, ChatGPT)
SEO writing + keyword research
Independent, proactive, highly organized
