ABOUT US

In less than one year, we’ve built a strong roster of founder-led brands ranging from pre-launch to $20M in revenue across CPG, food, beauty, apparel, accessories, toys, and STEM kits. Who knows what we'll build in the next year? The potential is limitless!
Our clients move quickly.
We build the systems that help them scale.
We are now expanding our operational backbone.

THE ROLE
We are hiring a Senior Product Sourcing & Development Manager to operate behind the scenes across multiple client projects at once.
This is not a coordinator role.
This is not an entry-level opportunity.
You must have real factory experience, real negotiation experience, and real exposure to compliance and testing across product categories.
You will not interface directly with clients.
You will work closely with our leadership team and own vendor execution, production flow, and timeline management.
Location is flexible. Strong written and verbal English fluency is required. You must operate fully in English across negotiation, documentation, and tracking without translation tools.
Time zone alignment with overseas factories is a plus.
⸻
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Daily communication with domestic and overseas vendors
• Cost negotiations and MOQ management
• Detailed product development trackers across multiple brands
• Sampling rounds, revisions, and approvals
• Testing and compliance coordination by product category
• Understanding required standards for CPG, food, beauty, children’s products, and labeling
• Kitting coordination across multiple suppliers
• Production calendar management
• Early identification of risks and delays
• Clean documentation of changes, approvals, and key decisions
You will manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You must self-prioritize and keep production moving without micromanagement.
⸻
WHO YOU ARE
• 5–10 years in sourcing, merchandising, or product development
• Experience across multiple consumer product categories
• Comfortable working with regulated goods and testing requirements
• Experienced in negotiating costs and MOQs directly with factories
• Strong in Excel or Google Sheets
• Highly organized and systems-driven
• Calm under pressure
• Fluent in English
We are not hiring someone for their first product development role.
⸻

Successful candidates will transition into an ongoing contractor relationship.
Estimated commitment: 10–20 hours per week to start, with potential to scale as the firm grows.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and seniority.
Please include your target hourly rate in your application.
