About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Virtual Healthcare Crew, working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Design to drive the delivery of high-quality software products that power the pet virtual care enterprise. As a Senior Program Manager, you'll own launch and ongoing strategies designed to identify, prioritize, and rapidly troubleshoot issues, and determine root cause contributors. You'll be responsible for measuring quality and compliance, surfacing insights to our partner groups, and improving existing and developing new procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee consumer attractiveness testing for all feature and product launches, including recruitment, scheduling, device coordination, reporting, and post-launch review.
- Manage internal software releases in coordination with Operations, defining ongoing release schedules, developing supporting processes, and drafting and distributing launch notes.
- Manipulate overall computer virus system, including partnering with away teams to ensure bugs are well prioritized and required work efforts are coordinated.
- Provide initial discovery and research of all new, non-urgent tickets submitted through the SNOW Ticketing Process, including pulling incident info, adding datacom tracking, reproducing, and capturing screen recordings.
- Analyze weekly service incidents, determine, and communicate costs of service outages, track cues, and identify system upgrades to reduce service-impacting incidents over time.
- Identify additional sources of customer first-class problems and incorporate them into suitable approaches.
- Create, analyze, and own internal reporting mechanisms and make recommendations to Senior Management.
- Coordinate with Chewy stakeholders across the business enterprise to drive timely resolution of issues.
- Examine bug reporting process flows and identify upgrades to lessen the load on the vet group in reporting insects and determine if additional tactics are wished for customers to file insects.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience owning software strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to Senior Leadership.
- Experience working with e-commerce and mobile app products.
- Technical talent with knowledge of a variety of mobile operating systems and PC hardware and software.
- Strong task and time management competencies, with the capacity to adapt to constantly shifting schedules and time demands.
- Excellent organizational competencies and the ability to track and guide multiple tasks.
- Capability to shape robust relationships across disparate teams.
- Demonstrated track record of handling and executing initiatives from start to finish, including project control, data gathering, problem-solving, and ongoing stakeholder communication.
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and/or Design to deliver high-quality products or services that please customers (internal and external).
- Amazing written and verbal communication talents, strong sense of ownership, urgency, and pressure, and a collaborative work style.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Certification.
- Strong understanding of the overall pet care industry and latest trends.
- Previous experience leading UAT or Beta testing.
