Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and supporting information systems used by our Customer Service organization. Your expertise in Oracle Service Cloud, combined with your ability to configure and customize the application, will be crucial in driving our business forward. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop, and support information systems used by the Customer Service organization, with a focus on Oracle Service Cloud and CRM integration
- Configure and customize the Oracle B2C Service application to meet business needs
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Chewy business processes and systems environment to ensure seamless integration
- Monitor system alerts and reports to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Follow established best practices for repeatable and scalable business processes, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Interact directly with business users to support solution implementation for business needs, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise

Requirements and Qualifications

- Extensive experience with Oracle B2C Service (Oracle Service Cloud), including configuration, customization, and development

- Ability to develop in-depth knowledge of Chewy business processes and systems environment, with a focus on integration and alignment

Preferred qualifications include experience with AWS, scripting and development for Oracle Service Cloud CRM, and system documentation and configuration.
