Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Assist in curating and managing content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest, to engage our audience and promote our brand.
- Monitor social media trends, comments, and messages, responding promptly and personably to foster a positive community around our brand.
- Collaborate with our social media manager to develop innovative campaign ideas, promotions, and content calendars that captivate our audience.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule and post content, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, compiling data for reports to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Customer Service Support
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns across various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
- Assist in resolving customer issues, striving for satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Escalate complex customer inquiries to the appropriate teams, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Help manage customer reviews and ratings, encouraging positive feedback and addressing negative comments with professionalism.

Collaboration and Reporting

Requirements and Qualifications
