Job Title: Senior Data / Report Systems AnalystSalary Range: $110k to $145kPosition Summary
The Senior Data / Report Systems Analyst works independently to support advanced measurement and reporting needs related to quality, safety, and operational efficiency initiatives. This role provides analytical and statistically based insights to support performance improvement and decision-making across multiple departments. The analyst works directly with internal stakeholders and collaborates with cross-functional teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with stakeholders to develop specifications that meet requested analytical and reporting needs
• Independently manage datasets, validate data integrity, and conduct data audits
• Analyze and document business processes and recommend improvements to ensure data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and availability
• Document all analytical activities and methodologies as required
• Collaborate closely with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams, as well as performance improvement staff and report developers
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned datasets, databases, and applications, including internal and external data sources
• Provide high-level summaries and interpretations of internal and external data analyses and reports
• Perform advanced data mining and data modeling by integrating data from multiple systems and databases
• Support performance improvement initiatives through quantitative analysis and reporting
QualificationsExperience Requirements
• Three (3) or more years of experience as a data analyst and/or business analyst
• Experience supporting performance improvement initiatives and quantitative analysis of quality and efficiency metrics
• Experience with relational databases and modern analytics tools
• Knowledge of technology trends and tools supporting HR and Payroll business process management
• Experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), including client/server and web-based components
• Proficiency in report writing and analytics tools such as:
• Crystal Reports
• Business Objects / BI tools (including OBIEE, Web Intelligence)
• SQL
• Tableau
• Microsoft Excel (including add-ins), Access, and other Microsoft applications
• Experience with time tracking systems; UKG experience preferred
Education Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
