About the Role
We are seeking a Structural Engineer (PE or EIT) to join our growing team in Childress, Texas. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality engineering solutions and motivated to contribute to the growth and success of our company. A Professional Engineer (PE or EIT) license is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and oversee structural projects including buildings, infrastructure, and industrial facilities
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and standards
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and project managers to deliver efficient solutions
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree a plus)
- PE license preferred (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis software and design codes
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
