This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders while aligning with the organization's strategic goals. Responsibilities - Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles across the organization - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria, and recruitment strategies - Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals - Post job advertisements and track campaign effectiveness through data analysis and reporting - Screen applications and provide qualified applicants to hiring leaders - Deliver high-touch service to candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive and professional experience - Promote and coach on best practices in talent acquisition - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal hiring regulations and policies - Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes and participating in recruitment-related projects - Collaborate with HR and other departments to process talent transactions and resolve related issues Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field - One (1) year of professional recruiting experience in one or more areas of recruitment life-cycle; assessing needs, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers, and on-boarding - Professional recruiting experience, beyond stated requirements, may substitute for the Bachelor's degree requirement on a year for year basis Benefits - Competitive pay and benefits package - Base pay - Incentives - Paid time off - Medical/dental/vision insurance - Company provided life and disability insurance - Paid parental leave - 403b employer match (retirement savings) - Robust wellness program - Access to professional development tools - Education benefit to help you advance your career - Annual employee bonus program - Annual base pay increases Company Overview - At Children’s Hospital Colorado, we know that kids aren’t just mini adults.
