We're looking for a Tech Measure Scheduler to join our team - someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.   This role plays a key part in supporting our Measure Tech team by coordinating tech measure appointments, ensuring accurate order entry, and maintaining data integrity across systems. You'll be responsible for keeping accurate order entry, and maintaining data integrity across systems. You'll be responsible for keeping schedules moving efficiently and ensuring all customer information is accurate and up to date.  At Renewal by Andersen of Oregon and SW Washington, we take pride in supporting our sales team with accurate and efficient operations. We're looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our team - someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment, enjoys working with numbers, and take ownership in maintaining accurate commission and bonus administration.    This role is a key part of ensuring our sales compensation processes run smoothly, audits are precise, and our payroll submissions are accurate. Responsibilities - Scheduling Coordination: Manage and monitor tech measure appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and efficient calendar utilization.  - Sales Support: Respond to Sales requests throughout the day and assist with appointment needs.  - Rescheduling Management: Handle reschedules and tech-related requests quickly and accurately.  - Order Entry: Create orders in the system by importing customer agreements and files.  - Data Accuracy: Cross-reference agreements with system data to ensure all information is correct and complete.  - Contract Review: Review sold contracts and update information as needed.  - Cancellation Management: Follow up on cancellation requests to ensure they are properly removed from the system. - Other Duties: Complete additional tasks or special projects as assigned. Qualifications - Education: High school diploma or GED required. - Experience: 1-2+ years of relevant customer service experience preferred. - Technical Proficiency: General proficiency in technology, web-based platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)  - Accuracy: High degree of accuracy in data management, auditing and reporting.  - Organization and Time Management: Strong ability to main workflow efficiency and keep tasks on track. - CRM Knowledge: Experience with Salesforce or similar systems preferred. - Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently.  Physical Requirements - Remote Work: Fully remote role requiring a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.  - Computer Work: Sitting or standing most of the day; typing and mouse use requiring hand-eye coordination. - Vision & Lifting: Clear vision for reading documents; ability to lift boxes or files as needed. - Adaptability: Reliable attendance, able to manage multiple priorities, and adjust to changing tasks.  Join Us   Joining Renewal by Andersen of Oregon & SW Washington means becoming part of team that values efficiency and accuracy.
