As a Technical Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the frontline ambassador for blithequark, providing technical assistance, resolving customer issues, and embodying our customer-obsessed culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to technical support inquiries from our customers.
- Provide top-tier support with a goal of first-call resolution, ensuring customer happiness and satisfaction.
- Educate customers on the installation, use, and troubleshooting of our home security systems.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and issues effectively.
- Make outbound calls to current customers to address issues or concerns as needed.
