Transformational Paid Media Director Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic and innovative Paid Media Director to lead our team in developing and executing paid media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic/Display channels. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast, manage, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable revenue growth. Your expertise in paid media, combined with exceptional communication and organizational skills, will enable you to drive success and growth for our clients in the medical field.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business (preferred)
• 6+ years of progressive paid media/search marketing experience
• 2+ years of direct team management in an agency setting
• Skilled in full-funnel paid search, account management, and campaign optimization across PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic/Display channels
• Familiarity with industry tools, including Unbounce, Optmyzr, SpyFu, Excel, Ahrefs, and certifications in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Meta
• Exceptional data analysis, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor team members and engage with clients
