Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a retail team and work directly with customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Gain hands-on experience with daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and sales growth
- Develop business plans and work on impactful projects to drive sales and improve store performance
- Network with seasoned retail leaders and gain exposure to the organization through field travel days, developmental workshops, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a full-time or part-time undergraduate student in a college or university
- Junior or Senior standing status, pursuing a degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field
- Available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of retail experience or equivalent experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous leadership experience and a strong interest in a career in retail management
