Job Summary
As a Part-Time Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our 240+ partners, troubleshooting gaming machine issues, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. You will work in a remote setting, handling an average of 50-65 phone calls per day, and collaborating with our team to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Handle an average of 50-65 phone calls per day, addressing customer needs, complaints, and issues with service
- Create, follow up on, and close tickets as required daily, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently
- Focus on increasing the percentage of remote fix tickets relative to the total tickets, demonstrating your problem-solving skills
- Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly
- Supervise the route and status of field technicians and collectors, prioritizing their daily schedule to optimize efficiency
- Maintain and update call logs, call records, and other important documentation, ensuring that our systems are accurate and up-to-date
- Ensure that location owners feel supported and valued, building strong relationships with our partners
- Utilize relevant software, databases, scripts, multi-line application-based telephone system, and application tools appropriately, demonstrating your technical skills
- Review and communicate low-level alerts to the technician and collection team, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly
Requirements and Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, peers, and managers effectively

- High school diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in customer service and technical support
- Must be at least 21 years of age, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Great customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions
- Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-focused environment, with a proven track record of success
- Weekend and evening availability, with a flexible schedule to accommodate our business needs
