Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Yoga Instructor and Stretch Professional to join our team at StretchLab. As a Yoga Instructor and Stretch Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class stretching experiences to our clients, building relationships, and promoting our services. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about yoga, stretching, and holistic wellness, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: Provide one-on-one and group stretching sessions that cater to clients' needs and goals. Ensure that each client receives a personalized and transformative experience.
- Build Relationships and Community: Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their goals, and provide ongoing support and motivation. Foster a sense of community among clients and team members.
- Promote Our Services: Participate in sales and marketing efforts, including social media content creation, to promote our services and attract new clients.
- Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Ensure that the studio is clean, organized, and safe for clients. Maintain equipment and report any issues or concerns.
- Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices in yoga, stretching, and holistic wellness.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Certifications: Current certification in one of the following: Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Physical Therapy Aide, NASM, ACE, Kinesiology, or Sports and Exercise Science degree.
- Experience: Experience working in a fitness or wellness environment, providing hands-on training with clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and team members.
- Professionalism: A professional work ethic, with a strong commitment to reliability, attendance, and teamwork.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Yoga Certification: Current yoga certification, with experience teaching yoga classes.
- Stretching Experience: Experience with stretching techniques, including static and dynamic stretching.
- Client Relationships: Experience building strong relationships with clients and promoting services.
