Responsibilities
- Performing professional accounting duties of average difficulty associated with utility invoices in the Utility Payments Section
- Processing payments and adjustments
- Performing reconciliations
- Generating reports using AMS Advantage and various subsystems

- Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel with experience in applying functions and formulas

- Ability to plan, organize, take initiative, and establish work priorities
- Detail oriented, focused on accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to research and analyze data, draw sound conclusions, and adopt an effective course of action
- Willingness to learn and perform detailed work independently and communicate effectively in both writing and orally
- Ability to prepare clear, comprehensive, and concise reports
