You'll work closely with them to resolve issues related to inventory, order management, tax and compliance, and account maintenance. Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and efficient support to AbeBooks merchants via email and phone.
- Assist merchants with technical issues related to inventory and order management, escalating complex issues through the proper channels.
- Offer sales tax, VAT, and compliance support to merchants.
- Meet and maintain exceptional performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and first contact resolution.
- Proactively seek solutions using critical thinking and data analysis skills, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements.

Essential Qualifications
