The Role: Bilingual Remote Call Center Representative
As a Bilingual Remote Call Center Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting members with their healthcare needs and questions. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries via phone and email, and assisting members with understanding their healthcare plans, benefits, and coverage. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to member inquiries via phone and email, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Healthcare Plan Support: Assist members with understanding their healthcare plans, benefits, and coverage, and provide guidance on how to navigate the healthcare system.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to claims, billing, and services, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Accurate Documentation: Document member interactions accurately in internal systems, ensuring that all interactions are recorded and easily accessible.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in healthcare
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications
- Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

- Healthcare Industry Experience: Experience working in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare plans, benefits, and coverage
