Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and complete information related to orders, products, and services.
- Utilize various software applications and tools to navigate customer accounts, update account details, and process transactions efficiently.
- Personalize customer interactions, ensuring a positive brand experience and promoting customer loyalty and retention.
- Meet and maintain attendance and performance standards, adhering to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
- Ensure the safety, security, and privacy of customer information, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications
